The 30-day trial is free and needs no payment details. Nothing is charged when it ends.
Cancelling a paid plan
- You can cancel anytime by emailing support@aviolink.in / WhatsApp +91 92705 46474.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. The Service continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
- First payment: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid billing date for a full refund.
- Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable once the new period has started, except as below.
- Duplicate or wrong charges: refunded in full.
- Service failure: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund or credit for that period.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
